How quickly can a project go live?

14 days from receiving usable BIM data to a working Future Twin. Anna and CRM integration follow within the first 30 days. Full pilot reporting cycle is 90 days end-to-end.

What if our BIM is incomplete or messy?

Most BIMs we receive are incomplete — that's expected. Our pipeline handles missing materials, incorrect families, and partial floors. We'll flag what's blocking us in week one; we don't bill the pilot fee until we've delivered a working Twin.

What does a "soft hold" mean — legally?

A soft hold is a non-binding 72-hour reservation placed by Anna against a unit, surfaced to your sales team in your CRM. It does not constitute an offer, contract, or commitment to sell. Your team converts it to a formal reservation under your usual terms.

Where does buyer data live?

In your CRM. SpaceForm is the system of capture, not the system of record. Conversations and intent signals sync to Salesforce, HubSpot, Dynamics, or a custom CRM via API. GDPR-compliant, hosted in the EU by default; UAE and US regional hosting available.

Can Anna stay on-brand?

Yes. Anna's voice, name, tone, scripted responses, and escalation rules are configured per project. We onboard her on your sales playbook in week two of the pilot — she never operates without your sign-off on what she's allowed to say.

What happens after the 90-day pilot?

If the pilot meets the agreed performance threshold, we move to a rolling annual platform agreement covering up to five projects. If it doesn't, we close out and you owe nothing further. No long-term licence, no auto-renew.
